WORKOUT FORMAT: each online class is approximately 20 minutes and provides new exercises and combinations consistently in this order:
1. Warm Up (3 minutes)
2. Combination - Level One (3 minutes)
3. Upper Body Drills (3 minutes)
4. Combination - Level Two (3 minutes)
5. Lower Body Drills (3 minutes)
6. Team Performance (3 minutes)
7. Cool Down (2 minutes)
Each week you'll receive three brand new 20-minute workouts that
build both inner and outer strength, helping you live your best life.
We recommend doing the three workouts we give you each week on three different days to build a healthy, life empowering habit that will make you more powerful, free and strong.
